Happy Birthday Ally

Friday, November 13,2009 happy birthday Ally, you are now 7 years old. It’s also Friday the 13th for any who are superstitious. Rhonda and Bonnie headed up north to pick-up cheese balls from Claire, a high school friend of Rhonda’s. Then they were going to visit Rhonda’s sister, Lynda in Elkhart, Indiana. My job this day was to take Jane to the doctor’s office to have her stitches removed -- all three of them. We weren’t in the office more than 5 minutes. Jane was such a good girl; I took her over to Culver’s for ice-cream. We arrived home a little after the noon hour; she took it easy just as the doctor had directed her. He did tell her to slowly work her way off the walker, which was a good thing for her to hear since she is a very independent person.
