Monday morning blues turn into Early Tuesday Op's

Monday, November 9, 2009 the doctor’s office called telling us that Jane’s operation is setup for tomorrow at 7 am.
Tuesday, November 10, 2009 Rhonda was really an early bird this morning. I’m not even sure when she was up. I was up at 4:50 am, went to kitchen for breakfast and started getting ready to take Jane for her operation this morning. After checking in and completing all the necessary paperwork, it was time for us to just wait. The doctor came out and talked to Rhonda and me about the operation. He came back within a 30 minute time frame telling us it was done. The procedure only took 10 to 15 minutes. Rhonda went back to the recovery room to see her mom, she was doing just fine. At 9:00 am we were leaving the clinic for the ride home. Once home Rhonda went into her nursing mode. She had been in it since my gallbladder incident and has been there since this knee problem came to the surface. She scurried around making sure her mother was comfortable and taken care of in all aspects.
